Delete your Cadre account
You can request permanent deletion of your Cadre account and the personal data associated with it at any time — including your profile, posts, comments, mood check-ins, Companion conversations, and wellness data.
When you request deletion, your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased after 30 days. Changed your mind? Sign back in before then to cancel.
Delete in the app
Open Cadre, go to Settings, and choose Delete Account. Confirm when prompted.
Don't have the app anymore?
Email us at support@cadre.io from the email address on your Cadre account and we will process your deletion request. No app install needed.
