Hello, Danielle Jokonen here, yoga teacher, yoga yoga creator, life coach, spiritual life coach. And talking about impact. Impact, definition of impact is to be able to connect, connect, make contact with and or with a person. Is the impact, the effect, how do you affect someone or something? And the quote, if you've heard this quote before, is the biggest currency there is, is the impact you have on others. The biggest currency there is is the impact you have on others. And do we even take time to notice that?
Do we take time to pause? Do we take time to really realize that that is actually a thing? Can you impact something, some body, in a second? And what is your impact? Is it for good? Is it for status quo? Or is it for harm? A lot of times, sometimes we're not even aware. And that, again, goes back to the power of intention. It comes back to the power of noticing our own energy. What is the energy that we are bringing to a space and why? Why do we want to be there? Why do we want to contribute? Why?
Intention and why? Very powerful. To help create the impact you want to create. And it's cool, right? I say the word create, it's like you can create an impact. And noticing what kind of impact do you have on other people or other things or other places? You like my earrings, dear? I make these earrings. I make these. They're made out of tubes, rubber tubes. It's rubber. You like them? Let me. I can get you a pair somehow. Yeah. So, impact. Yeah. Create. I create these. Yeah. Create what? Can you actually can create an impact, which is really cool that you can create the impact.
So notice, what is the energy you're bringing to a space and what kind of impact do you want to create? Do you intend to create? Right. It only can come down from intention. What do you intend? Can't control or form how other people will, like, receive. Right? You're sharing, you're offering what have yous, but a lot of times it's like it's theirs, right? So you can only come from pure intent, creating that clear intention of what you want, having good energy and then noticing and delivering an impact that you intend to create for a space, for a person, for a community, for the world.
