Hello, everyone. Danielle Jokonen here. Wrapping up. Going to the root cause of what's causing our suffering or our stuckness. Talking about love over fear now, going through the journey of helping you get access to what is actually happening is the key. And typically, we're either out of balance, out of looking for love or fear, because things in life happen that cause you to be scared. And things in life happen or are happening that you desire, love, period. Right. But if you're attached or running away from one or the other, it's gonna feel yucky, overwhelmed, stuck.
So we're like, knowing how to work those, the two spectrums. It's like you have this side of life. Love, joy, happiness, and fear. Stuff comes up. Worry, concerned. Pain, like sadness, does come into your life. It's just being able to, like, find the whole spectrum, but using the two words love over fear right now. Because typically, when fear shows up, it's an opportunity to transmute it into love. It's also showing us that something also on the opposite matters. So going at the top of it, getting to the here and now moment, what is actually happening for you now?
What is actually happening? Right? And then it's looking at, what do you say about that? Usually a thought also attached to an emotion that causes a belief and an action and this habitual pattern that just keeps you stuck. So first, again, getting to the here. Now, what do you feel? What do you hear yourself say? What's your emotion? What's your thought? And then from that space, it's like, are you connecting or disconnecting? It's like your actions, your behaviors. What are you doing from that space?
And then also, what are you saying? What are you communicating to yourself, somebody else, about a situation that also either helps keep you stuck or can also bring you freedom out of it. And then it leads you to that resolve of either or result of being focusing on love or fear or pain. It's the biggest thing, pain. Things happen in life, right? It's just, okay, what are we gonna do about it? And it's gonna can lead us into the suffering is the optional part. So, like my example, say, I wanna write a book, okay?
That is a goal of mine. I wanna write a book. I feel stuck. I feel stuck, I feel scared, is my feeling. I feel scared, I feel worried, I feel concerned. I feel unworthy, right to write it. And then what I hear myself say is, I don't know how. And then if I'm looking at connection or disconnecting, I'm disconnecting because I'm not even taking any action. I'm just avoiding doing other things to actually not make opportunity or space to make that happen. When I'm communicating, I'm really not communicating.
Typically I don't communicate about it and then I just stay stuck. And I'm afraid. Yeah, I'm in the pain of just not letting that dream of mine happen. Because I also know it matters to me. It does matter to me a lot. So I can go back to the thought of I'm unworthy to write a book and I'm scared or yeah, I'm scared and I'm unworthy and release those feelings and those emotions because sometimes they're known and unknown of why they come up. So taking the opportunity to release those emotions, unravel those emotions of feeling unworthy, I am worthy to write.
The opposite of that is feeling worthy. I am worthy. So it's act and then like, I might be able to write my book in a day, maybe. But it's sometimes like that it's actually getting to the root of what is actually happening and keeping the sickness. Because a lot of times this is what we call self sabotaging ourselves. And it's actually just an opportunity to continue to grow and heal and evolve. Because another thing will come up where I may also feel unworthy of it, unworthy of a relationship, unworthy of a job, unworthy of just love, loving myself, right?
So letting go, releasing I am unworthy and place replace it with my being of I am worthy, I am safe, I can do it. And then just the practice of it. This is practicing that space of feeling that and feeling those emotions and helping it rewire my thoughts and my DNA and my being. So questions on if you want to work, want me to help you work through that circle on a certain area. Because a lot of times it's uncovering an unconscious part of us that we don't even know is happening. Let me know. I'd love to help you through this.
I call it the circle of freedom. Getting you unstuck and in like real tangible action items from it. And typically a specific spot because we can be very vague about it. And my goal is help people get real clear in a specific spot of what is keeping you stuck. Because how we show up one spot is actually how we show up everywhere as well. Sometimes we just need to laser focus on a specific spot to give you actually freedom everywhere. So start somewhere, look at it where you're stuck, what's not happening, what do you make it mean?
What's the emotion behind it. What do you say to yourself about it? Are you connecting or disconnecting? And what are you communicating? Are you over communicating and not communicating? And are you veering to love or fear as well? So allowing yourself release any negative thoughts that you're saying about yourself and emotions and replace it with what you know you are, just because you it's your birthright to feel love and feel worthy and feel successful. And I am happy. Like those are your birthrights.
So be in the practice of owning that loving it. Let me know. Questions again. My name is Danielle and have a great rest of your night. It.
