Are you interested in designing a life that truly aligns with who you are? Me too. Sometimes big changes are needed—but other times, it’s the small shifts that make the biggest difference. Tiny, daily adjustments to our routines can quietly transform everything.
This is my month. Just doing some things differently. Each day I wrote out something like how I could create a day with work and schedule and life. And I'm gonna try it this week. Have a great day.
Good morning. I'm out walking. I'm collecting inspiration to paint when I get home. I was journaling. I start my morning usually with coffee and writing and daydreaming. I don't let anything interfere with that. And I am starting out doing little, tiny micro changes because I've done big leaps. Those are exciting. Sometimes hard for your nervous system to digest those. And so this is my month. Just doing some things differently. I usually don't walk in my neighborhood. I usually drive to a park because part of it's pretty and part of it's not.
But I'm just like, you know what? I'm gonna get out and get out there and do it this morning and enjoy what I do have and not focus on what I don't have. And then I'm gonna go home and paint some things. I'm a landscape painter, so I'm always weaving art and life together. And so this morning, I wrote about designing the life that works for you and what that would look like. It was so fun. Each day I wrote out something like how I could create a day with work and schedule and life and all the things.
And I'm gonna try it this week, so I just wanted to share that. Have a great day.
