Are You Taking Initiative?

Are we better with you here? Not you as a person because that’s not even a question, but you as a contributing member of this team. This question was recently posed to us & it really made us think whether or not we were taking the initiative to show up at our fullest capacity; especially where we are on a team. Generally speaking we can use the 80/20 rule here, meaning 20% of the team speaks up & shares their opinions whereas 80% follows suit. So are you part of the 80 or the 20 & where can you call yourself up more if you fall within the former?
