Do you hear the quite voice sometimes telling you something that seems right and a little out of the blue? That's your truth. The quiet voice helps guide you on your path. Do the thing that is being called. You may not seem the right thing to do and yet it's the perfect.
Danielle: Go where your heart is calling and listen to the quiet voice. Today, after working and doing teacher trainings, the lake called me here again. I invite you to start listening to that quiet voice and do the thing that yourheart is calling you to do.
Okay, Danielle, joking in here and at Lake Superior, the big lake where I grew up, and this lake is always calling me. I live currently in St. Paul, Minnesota, and I'm home visiting family, working, and I have to go to the lake like it calls my name. And so my invitation for you is to go where you are called to go, whether it be see a friend, whether it be, yes, a place of nature, a restaurant, a bookstore. Like, listen to what your heart is calling you to do. And I share that because, actually, years ago, I was 21 years old, I was about to get married, and I went to the lake, this lake, actually, probably a mile, half mile down that way.
I vividly remember, 21, I'm almost 40, so almost 20 years ago. And the voice said, it's not time to get married. Stay here. And I didn't listen. I got married. I moved to Minnesota. You know, my life went the way it went. And I wonder what or how my life would look if I listened that moment. Today, after working and doing teacher trainings, the lake called me here again. It's called me here. And so I'm here with no expectations, nothing to get out of it, just to be and see. And then you go to the next place.
You go to the next place. And sometimes we can get so busy in going to things or going to do an activity, be with a person because you should, or not doing something because, oh, that. I don't have time for that, or that's silly, or it doesn't seem like the right next step. But I invite you to start listening to that quiet voice and do the thing that your heart, the quiet voice, is calling you to do, because that where the insights, the gold, the wisdom, actually is.
