Hello, everyone. Danielle Jokoden here, talking about the here and now and getting to the root cause. Now I'm looking at January. How is your January going? And also, a lot of times we can like January, think of New Year's resolutions, have goals. Right. And this is the time to look at them. Are we meeting them? Did we meet them or are we stuck again and things aren't happening like we planned? And it's a really powerful time to look at the month at the end of the month and look at, I call it the root cause cause healing journey to stop and look to the now moment.
Like, what is actually happening? What is actually happening right now? Because we can have a goal. Right example. Hey, write a book. Okay. Want to write a book? January, writing a book. Did it happen? Yes, maybe or no? And maybe you started, maybe you didn't execute every day. Looking at maybe what is stopping you from doing it, because it could happen in an instant if you allow it. But we tend to self sabotage ourselves. So through the magic circle up to the here and now, we first have to look at actually what is happening.
And in that is what are you feeling? Like, what's happening now? Yes, what's happening now? And I really want to grow my yacht business, right. And a lot of times I say I have to do it later or I'll do it later or when this XYz thing is done. So right now, it's just like the waiting game. But why? Why wait? And what I'm feeling is stuck. And then the thing is, what you hear about yourself after that, like, what do you say to yourself after that? Why am I stuck? Because I don't know how. I don't know how or don't have time.
It's a really big excuse. So right now, I'm gonna go through this in four days. So tune in with me every night. And it's really powerful to look at. Hello there. To look at what is actually happening now and just be with it, not needing to fix it, change it, figure it out, or do anything about it. So right now, take the time to look at what is happening now for you. And this is actually, like, look at an area that you want something to happen that is not happening, or again, where you feel stuck.
And what do you say about yourself to yourself in that situation? So, yeah, my situation is that I want to grow this yad yoga program, and I feel stuck. And I tell myself, I don't know how. That's silly, but it's true. Right. So it's keeping me stuck. So where are you feeling stuck? Or where do you want something to happen? It's not happening. What are you telling yourself about that situation? So right now, just be with it, maybe journal on it. Where do you feel stuck and what do you tell yourself about that situation?
What do you tell yourself? Right. Not if it's a person, a situation, not blaming the thing, not blaming the other person. It's like, oh, but they versus, don't let me, what do I say? What do you say about yourself? So, right, looking right now at the here and now, how is your January going? A lot of times we have New Year's resolutions and what do you just say about yourself? Like, nothing bad or wrong, but actually looking at our shadow can bring so much healing. So opportunity here in the next four days to tune in with me and look at the root cause that could be keeping you stuck in an area that you want to grow and expand and heal.
Cool. All right, questions? Let me know if you got any insight through this. Please comment. And again, my name is Danielle, and I look forward to hear you and tune in with you the next few days.
