How to take what you learn to create an impact and change in the world.
All teachers, all leaders start as students. Put your teachings, your learnings, your knowledge, your information into practice. And then the wisdom is because what you experience, you share, you give back. Questions, comments, feedback?
Hello everyone. Danielle here talking about the steps or the process I really believe or feel or, and have experienced myself is the steps to an impactful teacher leader. And it goes through, right. The desire to learn first by everybody, all teachers, all leaders start as students. And the beautiful thing is I believe you continue to be a student. So there's like a two fold thing there. You learn desire to learn and consistently continue to be a student. So that's one. Two is to have them play out in lived out experiences that you apply them.
You apply them in your teaching, in your practicing, that it becomes an experience consistently done again and again like it happens. You what is it? The path of mastery is 10,000 hours. So you put your teachings, your information, the things you learn into practice, you apply them and you experience it in this 3d world. The third part of that is the wisdom that you learn from. It is when you can, then you can continue to share it and give back, share the experiences to teach teachings from your view.
Because everybody has their own view, especially if you learn something though, everyone has their own specific experience from that knowledge, information, way of operating, being, teaching, leading, doing in that information, the teaching that whatever it is you want to teach or share. So sharing your individual personal experiences and sharing your teachings and it just is that cycle. So beautiful, I think process to create, to step into your own leadership, to be that leader, that teacher. First be in the student, be a student, be the desire to be a student, to learn, learn, learn, learn, learn, continue.
And as you continue to grow and learn, know that being a student is always important to practice. Put your teachings, your learnings, your knowledge, your information into practice. Have that be a lived out experience. And then the wisdom is because what you experience, you share, you give back. So powerful steps here. Questions, comments, feedback? Again, my name is Danielle. Have a blessed day.
