World Mental Health Day. At 10:10 this morning, Central Standard Time, we had our virtual 5K. We had some wonderful conversations, some about human design. The Cadre commitments, the blog postings, we're going to continue to share those messages.
Kerry: Growing makes you feel alive and giving makes us feel 10x alive. Show up for each other, grow, continue with that growth mindset and most importantly, give as much as you possibly can. October 10 is Mental Health Day.
Good afternoon, Cadre crew. It is just past 12 o'clock on 1010 World Mental Health Day. I'm just gonna give it a couple seconds here just to make sure that the live stream goes through for all of our people in Cadre Verse in the Cadre land. So again, 1010 mental health world Mental Health Day. What a great day to be alive here in not only Minnesota, but anywhere in the world. It's just an incredibly beautiful fall day. You can see behind me is this beautiful autumn day with the fall day with the leaves changing and it's just gorgeous.
It has that crisp air. It's a beautiful day today at Cadre. We had at 10:10 this morning, Central Standard Time, we had our virtual 5K. That was fantastic, Nick, thank you so much for running that today. We had some wonderful conversations, some about human design. One thing I didn't even know is if you go into human, if you Google human design and look at when you were born, what time of day you were born, you can find out if you're a manifestor or all the different other traits that are possible for how you're born and what that potentially means for you and how that works.
So again, by human design and taking the planets and the gravitational pull, et cetera, with personalities and everything from decision making to, you name it. So it's just something to think about for you and a conversation that we had through the mental health day that is at 10:10 today, that who on earth would have known that even exists through human design? But something I learned today, you know, someone that has struggled with mental health myself, you know, what are some things that, you know, I'm doing today to take this day in.
The very first thing at, you know, at Cadre is, you know, we gave, gave the day off for all of our employees to make sure everybody could, you know, take this day in for themselves, find things that work for them, find things that, you know, make sure that they can connect, you know, with their inner peace and find joy and love within the decision making that they have today in regards to Mental Health day. Right. And so, you know, I hope the team has had the ability to do that and I hope your teams, you know, out there and Cadre Verse do the same thing.
Right? The next thing is, you know, we're building an app and we're building a platform that ultimately, you know, our goal is to, you know, stand the test of time. And that's so those things like that happen where you're gets knocked over by the wind, but we're Building a platform to ultimately stand the test of time and withstanding the test of time on days like this, ultimately we have all these coaches that are coming in line. So if you need help and you want to reach out for help, the coaches could be able to support that, whether it's at your business or through your individual self.
So look up Cadre coaching in the future to make sure that that possibility exists for you in your life to reach the help that you can. Number two, the Cadre commitments. These are things that are just showing continued continuity of our program and our business to make sure that you can reach different, optimal levels of either your mental health or organization, or finding ways to achieve what I would call inner peace in all different days of your life. Again, those Cadre commitments, not everything is about running 100 miles, running five miles.
Sometimes it's the littlest wins that can matter. And those little wins can ultimately impact your life for your entire future here. Right? So the Cadre commitments, the blog postings, we're going to continue to, again, share those messages within our blogs from all of our coaches, all of our collaborators, all of our teams that we hope resonate with you and that we hope that continues to share our inner spirits that hopefully you can connect with and or gravitate with on. Maybe it's decision making, maybe it's how you show up for meetings, maybe it's how you show up for your family.
Maybe it's going through a tough time or spell in your life that ultimately gives you maybe a little peace or power or help through decision making. So, again, the blogs, like I said, the Cadre commitments, the constant evolution of our business and the development within our platform, the resources that we're going to have available all the time for you and your teams on Mental health Day. I hope you look at it about as today. Yes, today's the day that we're celebrating. But it is a constant movement that you need to have in your life in order to ensure that you're always, for lack of better words, okay.
And I'm going to use peace instead of okay, that you're at peace. Right? And whatever that peace might look like for you. So find your peace, find your joy. And I do want to share just one, you know, critical message that I learned along the road and along the journey. And it was for none other than, you know, Tony Robbins. And I've heard a variety of different people say it in so many different ways. But, you know, this one just really resonates with me where it's talking about Growing makes you feel alive.
Giving makes you feel 10x alive. You know, again, growing makes you feel alive. Giving makes you feel 10x alive. So from that growing standpoint, I believe we as human beings find our most amount of growth in these moments of uncomfortableness. And it could be trauma, could be grief and loss, it could be a tough situation with a co worker. There's so many different things that could arise that you need to grow through. It could be a long separation from a significant other that you love that's going away on deployment, that's happening in our business today.
Growth moments for each other and individuals or having a really tough time with stress and compounding stress at work. How do you deal with that? How do you get through it? And those are growth moments. And using that growth mindset, I believe, is just so important. So, so again, growing makes you feel alive. Ultimately, through the execution of that, is when you're going to feel most alive. But the second part of that, the latter I still believe, is ultimately, in my humble opinion, why human beings have this innate ability to be so special, which is giving and giving more of themselves, helping support each other.
It's not just a donation and writing a check for a foundation, but what can you truly give? Maybe it's your time, maybe it's your energy, maybe it's your peace of mind, maybe it's feedback, all those different things that you can support. And yes, I know coaches are probably listening to this and thinking to themselves, we do this all the time. And yes, I understand that, but there's a lot of other individuals that need to act as quasi coaches in this world just by listening, listening and, you know, taking that information in and then ultimately sharing that information out, right?
So, you know, how can we all, A, give more, right? And you know, B, most importantly, you know, just help each other be our best selves, right? So, you know, growing makes us feel alive and giving makes us feel 10x alive. So sorry about kind of the discombobulated live here today. I guess we're all human beings and we're all going through stuff, but, but. And I'm no different. But had a great run today. You know, celebrating the 1010 have amazing things coming down the pike here at Cadre and I'm so excited that, you know, we're going to be building a platform at the end of the day that somebody could be listening to this live stream one year from now or 300 days from now and understand that there's so many different resources right at your fingertips to hopefully get what you need.
So your mental health day can go all the way through. So take care of yourself. Love you all. Be the very, very best that you can for each other on this world and humanity. It matters. Show up for each other, grow, continue with that growth mindset and most importantly, give as much as you possibly can. And if you're really, really struggling with either the 1 or the 1A 1B that is growing or giving, know that it's maybe time to reach out for some help. And that's when we're here for you too, right?
So on any level of acuteness, you know, let us, let us help you, guide you along in the journey so you can find your peace. Right? So Kerry, see you with such a valuable message. Cadre's here to help you. You're absolutely right. Cadre's always going to be here to help for you. Flagship Digital Arts thank you for your kind words today, brother. You better believe it.
