Hello, fabulous Mac team. Happy Friday. It's Memorial Day weekend. I wanted to take a moment to honor and recognize those among us on our team who are either still in active service or who are veterans. Thank you so much for your service. Also wanted to take a moment and also honor those who died in active service for our country. Memorial Day is an opportunity for us to reflect and think about those who we may have lost personally through our families or just in general, those who have served our country.
So thank you all so much. That was my first note. Second, it's also this weekend marks five years since George Floyd was murdered in our city in Minneapolis. So also a chance just to reflect on racial justice and opportunities that we have to continue to improve as a country in that space. And then wanted to also just this is the weekend, kind of the unofficial start of summer, so hope you all have a chance to spend some time outdoors. Looks like at least in the Twin Cities, we'll have a pretty decent weekend.
Or wherever this weekend may find you. Hope you have a chance to recharge and have a little bit of fun. And last, last, just wanted to put a little public service announcement out there that we heard you on the employee engagement survey. And we have work to do with our medical benefits in particular, is what you told us. So our HR team has already jumped on that and set up two sessions so that you can learn more about how to maximize our medical benefit and how the prescription benefit works for this year.
So I know for myself, I'm looking forward to those sessions as well because my family is on those and we're learning to navigate those with you. And then we're also doing a request for proposal so that we can see what other options might better serve us for next year. So wanted to make sure you all knew that as well.
