Hello, fabulous Mac team. This is the first Friday message and I wanted to let you know that by popular demand, we're bringing back the Pillar Awards. And for those of you who are new to these, these will be awarded both monthly. So it'll be a monthly opportunity and then quarterly and then there'll be an annual award as well. And these are really peer awards or nominations. Looking for identifying when we really exemplify our core values, our core Mac values. So excited to put this back in place.
This actually came about after that, our first town hall meeting when I was rounding at the Eagan location and chatting with some of the team members who said, you know, we used to do this and we really liked it. So thank you for that feedback and stay tuned this next week, both through email, some flyers, and then back on Cadre, we'll be really explicit around how you can nominate someone for this prestigious award. So excited for that. And the other part two of this is that we had a team that's been working on our updating our mission, vision and values.
Our updated values are ready to go, so look for that as well. We'll be rolling that out.
